The requests are answered quickly and we shall inquire you first, when we have a booking, to be sure your accommodation is still available, before we make the reservation final. Caribe Deluxe handles the communication with the customer, your property manager and the entire financial settlement. You do not have to worry about the reservation. You will receive a confirmation when we have a reservation and we do the rest.
We work based on commission and we will only charge when we have a final booking.
