The fourth bedroom is situated in the garden, making this vacation villa suitable for 8 persons and 1 baby. With a big chlorine free pool of 8x4 mtrs with outside shower and a big living room and an open kitchen, this villa offers all the luxury you will need for a great holiday in Curacao. The luxury vacation villa has 2 smart TV's with digital channels and Netflix (masterbedroom with Apple TV). Listen to your own music from your ipad, telephone or spotify. Several USB ports in the walls of the bedrooms and porch. 

Enjoy the sun on one of the sun beds at your private pool or have dinner on your big porch. The villa is close to the Spanish Waters and offers a lot water sports activities. Also the beach of Jan Thiel Bay, with his many restaurants and bars for a great day on the beach or night life. Within 15 minutes you are at Sea Aquarium Beach (Mambo Beach). Willemstad, the center of Curacao, is only 20 minutes away. Two cars available for rent from the owner, ask us for more information.

• Price is exclusive 7% tax (legally required)
• Minimum stay 7 nights (High season 10 nights)
• Excluded: final cleaning € 200,- (mandatory), cleaning in between at request for a surcharge
• Maximum 8 persons and 1 baby
• Deposit € 600,- (7 or more persons € 800,-)
• Excluded use of Electricity (€ 0,50 per KwH) and water (€9,- per m3). This will be deducted from the deposit

• Check-in 4 pm / Check-out 12 pm
• Payment condition: 25% at reservation and rest payment 8 weeks before arrival
• Reservations within 8 weeks before arrival, the complete amount must be paid at once
• Curacao (former Dutch Antilles) offers all year possibilities for a luxury beach holiday, especially with Christmas and New Years Eve
