This beautiful holiday villa in Curacao has six 2-person bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Luxury large vacation villa with beautiful infinity pool and large sun deck overlooking the sea. This vacation villa is suitable for max. 15 persons (3 persons must be under 8 years old, otherwise this villa is for max. 12 persons). The large living room with open kitchen offers all the luxury for a wonderful holiday on Curacao. Enjoy a relaxed afternoon at your private swimming pool with sea view or dine on the large porch. The luxury holiday villa is close to the Spanish water where you will find many water sports facilities. Jan Thiel Beach with its trendy beach clubs and many restaurants and bars is within walking distance. Within 10 minutes you are on Mambo Beach from Sea Aquarium Beach. This holiday villa is great for a wonderful beach holiday on Curacao. Willemstad, the historic center of Curacao, is only 20 minutes away.

• Price is exclusive 7% tax (legally required)
• Minimum stay 7 nights (Christmas period 14 nights)
• Excluded: final cleaning € 350,- (mandatory), cleaning in between included at reservation of 9 nigths or more
• Maximum 12 adults and 1 baby
• Deposit € 1250,-
• Excluded use of Electricity (this will be deducted from the deposit, elektricity € 0,65 p/kwh)
• Included water (2m3 per day, extra use will be deducted from the deposit € 10,- per m3)

• BBQ needs to be clean at check out (fine € 150,- when it is not clean)
• No party's, no young adult groups (under 23 years) and no pets allowed
• Check-in 4 pm / Check-out 12 pm
• Payment condition: 25% at reservation and rest payment 8 weeks before arrival.
• Curacao (former Dutch Antilles) offers all year possibilities for a luxury beach holiday, especially with Christmas and New Years Eve
