Curacao: In the luxury villa area Vista Royal close to Jan Thiel Beach is this luxury vacation villa, only 800 meters away from Jan Thiel Beach. The vacation villa is situated at a higher area of Vista Royal and there for it has a nice breeze around the house and a great view. The luxury villa is situated on a plot of 1000m2 and is completely fenced. The living room has high ceilings and French doors to the covered porch. The open kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, kitchen island with 5 burner gas hob and oven / microwave. Through French doors you walk from the kitchen to the covered porch . There is also a separate guest toilet. Three bedrooms with air conditioning are on the ground floor of this luxury vacation villa. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a private bath room with double sinks, walk-through shower and toilet . The second bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The master bedroom and second bedroom have doors towards your private pool . The wonderful private pool has a large pool deck with sun beds and beautiful views. Great for your sun holiday in Curacao. Less suitable for small children and people with mobility problems due to the many stairs.

• Check-in 4 pm / Check-out 11 am (late check out € 75,- if possible with availability)
• Minimum age to book: 21 years
• Payment condition: 50% at reservation and rest payment 8 weeks before arrival
• Reservations within 8 weeks before arrival, the complete amount must be paid at once
• Curacao (former Dutch Antilles) offers all year possibilities for a luxury beach holiday, especially with Christmas and New Years Eve
