- Deposit € 500,-
- Excluded use of electricity ( € 0,70 per KwH) and water (€ 8,50 per m3). The costs of usage will be deducted of the deposit
- Babybed and childseat € 25,- per week

- Late check out (if possible) surcharge € 50,-
- Payment condition: 50% at reservation and rest payment 8 weeks before arrival
- Reservations within 8 weeks before arrival, the complete amount must be paid at once
