This luxury vacation villa in Curacao has four 2-persons bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and is perfect for your beach holiday at Curacao. Both floors are identically from each other. Both floors have a living room, kitchen, guest toilet, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a great sun holiday. Cool of in your private pool after a nice day at Jan Thiel Beach or any other beach of Curacao. Or enjoy your day at your own pool in the garden and relax under the palapa or at a comfy sun bed. This luxury vacation villa is located near the trendy clubs of Jan Thiel Beach, which is at walking distance. The luxury vacation villa is smoke free and pets are not allowed. Willemstad, the centre of Curacao, is 15 driving minutes away.

• Minimum stay 7 nights
• Inclusive bedding-, towels and beach towels
• Excluded final cleaning € 255,-
• Optional: cleaning during your stay € 115,- (mandatory if you stay longer then 14 nights)
• Maximum 8 adults and 2 babies
• Deposit € 500,-
• Included use of water (1m3 per day, additional use will be charged at €6,30 per m3, this will be deducted from the deposit) and electricity (15 KwH per night, additional use will be charged at € 0,40 per KwH, this will be deducted from the deposit)

• Check-in 3 pm / Check-out 11 am
• Late check out is possible on availability
• Payment condition: 50% at reservation and rest payment 8 weeks before arrival.
• Reservations within 8 weeks before arrival, the complete amount must be paid at once.
• Curacao (former Dutch Antilles) offers all year possibilities for a luxury beach holiday, especially with Christmas and New Years Eve
