This beautiful holiday villa, located in the popular Jan Thiel district, has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms for 2 persons and 2 bedrooms for 1 person. Ideal for a large family or two couples with 2 children. The holiday villa is on a plot of 1200m2 and therefore gives a lot of privacy, also because of the beautiful tropical garden. Outside is a great palapa where you can relax, have breakfast and barbecuing, or a lovely place to be together. Through the terrace you can walk to the swimming pool where there are 6 sun beds to sunbathe. The open kitchen has all the equipment you need for a wonderful holiday on Curacao. On site there is space for 4 cars, convenient for all rental cars.

The holiday villa is located close to the Spanish water where you will find many water sports opportunities. Jan Thiel Beach with its trendy beach clubs and many restaurants and bars is at 3 minutes distance. Within 10 minutes you are at Mambo Beach of Sea Aquarium Beach. This holiday villa is great for a wonderful beach holiday on Curacao. Willemstad, the historic centre of Curacao, is only 20 minutes away.

• Electricity and water consumption are not included. Electricity (€0.45 per kwh) and water consumption (€8,-per m3) is deducted from the deposit

• Payment condition: 25% at reservation and rest payment 8 weeks before arrival.
• Reservations within 8 weeks before arrival, the complete amount must be paid at once.
